Generally all account/finance queries should be directed to email (<a href="mailto:team@roll20.net" rel="nofollow">team@roll20.net</a>) but what would happen is that you would be refunded any unused plus subscription and charged for the pro. I'll appeal to the higher powers to swing by and fully confirm that for your peace of mind however :)
