Playlist issue

Hey had seen an older thread on this issue that had been closed, whenever you play a playlist you can't play individual tracks, I personally had a playlist with some generic fantasy music that I wanted to play on loop, with an individual ambiance for the environment, for example, the parties in a woods, a woodland ambiance plays on loop. I was going to post my concern on the thread but it had been closed for some reason, so I am asking here to see if there is an update to when this feature will be added. Thank you xx

Hi, threads close after a set time of inactivity automatically to prevent necroing (it's a word... I'm sure of it...). As this isn't a bug as such I'll move this to specific use and ping a member of the dev team to swing by and offer thoughts. Thanks :)
I still hold my opinion that this is a bug, the functionality was there before the soundcloud exodus, but not after moving to the new services.

You may well be right which is why I've reached out to the powers that be to confirm either way. If decided that it is a bug and not just 'the way things are now' then we can easily move it back to the appropriate forum, I'd rather this just didn't get buried in the standard tech help steps when we know that won't help at present.
fix the issue you [redacted by a mod] [which one of you plonkers edited my message]
I'm totally not getting what the OP is saying. I can, and have been able to play just 1 track from my playlist. I put it on "repeat" and it just plays until i manually switch it to something else. If i wanted to to rotate through the playlist, i don't make it "repeat" itself.  What am i missing from the OP's comment?

If i wanted to to rotate through the playlist, i don't make it "repeat" itself.  What am i missing from the OP's comment? I will explain   so here we have a group of folders filled with music.  These buttons next to the playlists mean the songs in that playlist will play randomly and play forever, this is good to set up a folder of songs for say a area region or just for your campaign that will just flick through rather than you having to manually change a song or have just one song replaying for the entire session (cause imagine how boring that would be.) Making it far easier for you to manage your game, cause hey one more thing the DM does not have to do is great ya dig, My issue is while you have a playlist playing....   (as seen in the picture) you can not have anything outside of the playlist playing so say your parties in a dungeon or cave or whatever and you have some sick ambiance to send loads of chills down their spines but you also want a cheeky loop of some cool cave adventuring music to play on auto piolet you could not play these two things at the same time. Which like really sucks ya dig.
Feels like the same treatment I got a year ago.
Hello everyone, and sorry for the delayed response on all of this. I located our previous ticket for this problem and have appended this information. I have also pinged the devs again to get some more eyes on the issue-- I know with recent Fanburst issues we have been taking a look at Playlist functionality again.

No worries man, it's not that much of an issue it's more of a petty problem but I appreciate the problem is being addressed.
