unable to change profile picture, JSON syntax error

Hi Roll20 Support/Community, I am getting the same failure in Edge, Firefox, and Chrome browsers. I cleared by cache, disabled my anti-virus, and removed any extensions. I get the following error when viewing the Chrome developer tools debug console. Seems like a bug on your side. Also, I can't upload any image to this either, maybe the same error. 52kb JPG file for example. I can try using a test account, but I've had my current account for many years.

Do you have a recommended approach to opening a "test account"? I only have a single email address, which is bound to my current account. When I tried to make a new account, it says my email is already in use.

Just to chime in, if you are using Gmail, you can also add a + sign after your user name to create an alias account. For example, if your email address is <a href="mailto:TonyStark@gmail.com" rel="nofollow">TonyStark@gmail.com</a>, you can use <a href="mailto:TonyStark+roll20@gmail.com" rel="nofollow">TonyStark+roll20@gmail.com</a>. This is useful to keep straight which address you are using and why.
