One player camera not showing

Hi. I'm having issues in my games where I can't see one of the players and he can't see me but I can see and been seen by everyone else and he can see and be seen by everyone else. I do sometimes see him but for the most part I don't. We play in multipul games together as we have more than one DM and it's an issue in all the games. I've looked around and can't figure out what is causing it.
