Hi TheRoyalAtlas, I'm guessing that your post is being translated, since it does not seem to be a complete sentence. Do you mean that you cannot hear songs, but other people in the game can? If so, here is my first suggestion , Try adjusting the master volume control.  We can try other things if I can understand the problem better.
