Unable to load any game

I was in contact with your support recently - no game whatsoever will load. Tried on a clean install of Chrome (version 69.0.3497.100) &nbsp;and Firefox (62.0.3 (64-bit)) on Win10.&nbsp; It used to work fine about two weeks ago, chcecked last Wednesday and it refuses to load since then. There was/is no error code or obvious crash - it just stops loading. I cannot see anything on chat - I can access the chat log but only going back to the last time I was able to load the game, I can click on the tools but not use them. I attached a screenshot from a game I am a player in and in the one I created. I already went through steps 1-3, the console log underneath. Both copied on Tirestir. Any idea how to fix that would be helpful. Hi Balthy, It looks like you've gone through the troubleshooting steps and I will ping a dev. Some things to look for until the response: Is it possible that you have recently added an extremely large map (like over 100x100 units)? That is a frequent show-stopper.

Nothing added recently - last change was at least two weeks before the issue happened. I made sure other people can access all of the games I tried and they work no problem for them. Also, forgot to add - I have Kaspersky and checked it when it was on and off, no changes.

Have you tried it in the incognito tab on chrome?

Tried on both chrome and firefox in the private mode, to no avail. Logs look the same. Additional info: I can load the tutorial but it gets disconnected within 5 minutes, let me know if console log from there can be of use. I just tried to make a new, empty game and it is impossible to load that as well.

It happens in every single game - including ones I made for testing. I flushed DNS before checking with support - no luck, sadly. Tried once more just now to be on the safe side, still the issue persists. When I try on mobile data it seems to work just fine. I didn't think about checking VPN before - jackpot! Since games work at my work computers and via mobile as long as I'm on a different Wi-Fi, it seems there's an issue with my ISP - I'll sort it out with them, but right now with VPN enabled it works like a charm.
