Hi All As the subject says, since Tuesday this week, both me and my group have been unable to roll any dice in our V5 game - we just see our name pop up with no other text. Chat still works as normal otherwise though. I've had a good look through other topics and saw the tip suggesting i clear the Chat Archive - i've already tried that but still have the same issue. Any other ideas? Cheers Chris

Hi Chris J., I've conferred with another mod (thanks Zeichael!), and done some poking. The latest release of the V5 sheet had a bug. This has been fixed and is in the queue for being made live on the server. You should see it soon, but I don't have a specific time. There is an open thread on this already, with a good number of posts, so I'm going to close this thread. You can follow the issue there . A couple of things before I escalate, just to cross the t's and dot the i's. You are talking about no die rolls at all, or just no roll templates? In other words, does /roll 1d6 work? When you say you have cleared the chat archive, you mean  clearing the Chat Archive , not  clearing your current Chat Log ? If both of these have failed to solve the problem, could you please carefully work through these steps of our guide to  Solving Technical Issues ? Step 4 is probably the most important in this case. Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. (Since your whole group has this problem, it's probably not an issue.) Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
