Creating a Table as a Player

I am playing your typical rakish swashbuckler in an upcoming campaign and I would like to create a macro to roll from a selection of insults and display the chosen insult in the chat. Any ideas as to how this would work? It's been years since I took any sort of programming course.
Only the owner (or one promoted to GM) can make a rollable table. What I did was create three tables, each with one part of an insult. Then, a macro I call The Insultinator 3000 parses them together like this: You are a [[1t[IA]]] [[1t[IB]]] [[1t[IC]]]! to give results like: (Edit: Image worked on 4th try, sorry!)
