/desc messages don't have a timestamp

In the Chat History display, the html has an invisible timestamp field for each message, something like <span class="tstamp">July 26, 2017 6:48PM</span>. However, narration messages made via /desc don't have this element. Is there any chance this could be included for all messages, instead of just general messages? I know this sounds nitpicky, but a friend of mine is writing an application to parse a chat history page and create a more readable index from it, and the lack of timestamps on some messages can cause issues when trying to figure out where one session ends and another begins. Thanks!
