Add timestamps to /desc messages

A friend of mine is writing a standalone app to parse the HTML for a roll20 game's chat history, and convert it into a less load-intensive document that has each session on a different page. It uses the "tstamp" span class to identify timestamps and accordingly determine where one session ends and the next begins - unfortunately, any messages created with /desk don't have attached timestamps. The result is that if a session starts with a /desc message, then according to the HTML, it looks like those starting descriptions were actually part of the end of the previous session. TLDR: Can we have tstamp elements added to all messages, even ones created via the /desc command?
