Hiding Non-Visible Tokens in Initiative Tracker

Currently, I'm using the Turn Tracker for everything that's getting a turn and waiting until something needs to get a turn before giving it one. What I would like to do is make things non-visible for players on the turn tracker, much like what happens if you split players onto different maps. Is there a way to do this?
Move the token into the GM Layer and players won't see them on the tracker.
This works great, with one exception: The players still see the token's initiative roll in the chat box! This spoiled the element of surprise in my game last night, as every time I brought a new critter into combat, they knew immediately when it was added to the turn order (since I use token actions to automate things.) I suppose I can make a work-around system, using GM whispers, somehow... but if anyone knows a better way, I'd love to hear it! Thanks -Phnord
Use /gmroll instead for their initiative.

I suggest using GM roll, alternatively, my personal setup is that I just use physical dice to be quicker since it's not like they need to see my rolls anyway
I solved my problem by making a new initiative macro, using a GM whisper, used only for tokens on the GM layer. Keeps the roll hidden, keeps the token off the turn tracker, and keeps the players in the dark. I'd use physical dice but I foolishly gave mine away years ago. Shame too, since I had a great collection. Oh well, say "lovey". q;} -Phnord
