Problem with my Plus account

Hi, I have seen on the Wiki that in the "Prenium assets" as a Plus member I should have access to the "Pro sets" but is not. I only have "Marketplace Purchases" and "Free assets". Is it normal? I also don't have access to the Dynamic Lighting in my options. Thank you for helping me and sorry for mistakes I am French :)

Don't worry. I'm sure your English is better than the three years instruction in French I had 100 years ago. :) The Pro Token Sets are a Pro-level subscription, as described on the Subscription levels page . If you can tell me where in the wiki it says something else, we'll get that fixed. Dynamic Lighting should be in the Page Settings for a given page. Click the gear icon next to the page name in the Page Toolbar to access. You should also be able to click on the layers tool in the Tabletop Toolbar to bring up the Dynamic Lighting Layer . If neither of these are showing, something is indeed wrong.
Thank you for your quick answer, actually I hadn't seen it but I have the dynamic lighting and no there is no mistake in the wiki I must have confused the different subscriptions. Also the Pro sets is it really important? I don't realize how much token he's offering. Finally if I ever have a Plus subscription and I want a Pro subscription I have to pay 10 euro or is it cheaper because I already have an Plus account? Thank you for enlightening me

From the Wiki FAQ : The basic gist is: we'll fairly compensate you for the remaining time on your current subscription, you won't lose out on any money by upgrading part-way through your current subscription. Here's the nitty-gritty details. All upgrades are pro-rated. For example, if you upgrade from a Plus, Monthly account to a Pro, Monthly account, and it's half-way through your monthly subscription period, you would receive a credit for 50% of the cost of the Plus, Monthly subscription, which is applied toward your new Pro, Monthly subscription. Note:  You WILL NOT be charged immediately when upgrading your subscription, instead you will be charged on your normal renewal date for the small amount of time that was left in the month, plus the normal monthly rate. As for the Pro sets, there is a wide variety of styles, and a good number of basic monsters are covered. You might consider upgrading for one month and judge for yourself.
All right, I will think about what I'm going to do. Thank you again for helping me

Excellent. Since this isn't really a bug to speak of, I'm going to close it out. Feel free to open a new thread if you run into any complications.
