Experienced DM looking for a game to play in

Hey all. I've been DMing 4th Edition for a long, long time. Now, however, I really want to play a game. I don't really care what system it is, though I certainly have preferences. I have experience with: - 3.5. Played in a campaign from level 1 to 20, I played a Cleric of St. Cuthbert. This was about 8 years ago, though, so my memory of the system isn't the greatest. - Pathfinder. Started a few games which all fell apart after just a few sessions due to one reason or another. - 4th Edition. Been DMing this on and off for the last 3 years or so. Very familiar with it. What I'd really like to play: - Shadowrun. Man, I would absolutely *love* to play SR. I've never played before, so a little patience and guidance would be very much appreciated. - 4th Edition. I'm always happy to play 4E. I'm more than happy to fulfill any role in a group, but I have always preferred to play melee strikers (I know, so does everyone else, but hey, it's been a long time since I did, so it'd be a nice bonus.) - World of Darkness. Preferably Vampire: The Masquerade, but I'm open to other things, too. I've not played anything in WoD before, so as with SR I'd need a bit of guidance. - Cthulhutech. Do I need to say why? That game looks SO damn cool. If you haven't seen it, go check it out. It looks hilariously fantastic. - Song of Ice and Fire. After reading the book, I'm very intrigued by this game, and think it'd be a good deal of fun to play. - Star Wars. I'd definitely love to get into a Star Wars game. So many character ideas, and I've got a pretty good knowledge of the universe, too. - Mutants & Masterminds. This game looks like it could be a great time, especially if it's not a "gritty, realistic" type game and instead relishes the over-the-top and campy golden age of comics type of heroes. - Dragon Age. Seems like it could be good fun. The ruleset looks a little strange, though, but I only glanced over it. - Iron Kingdoms. Don't know a great deal about this game, but am very interested by what little I've seen. Anyway, I'll stop blathering on about those things. As you can see, I'm a very eager gamer. I'm GMT, but I'm flexible on times, providing the game isn't at a crazy time (such as starting at 4am for me, or something like that). If you're a DM looking for players or a player looking for others to join you in a game, I'd very much like to hear from you. Either send me a message on here or add me on Skype at "broken.legends"
Bump.
I'm interested in gaming with you if you can't find any interest.. I;m not a GM though.
I am currently looking to play a Shadowrun game either 4e or 5e. I am in EST looking for games around 5ishpm-1030ishpm mon-thurs. I usually play a rigger but can play sometimes else if needed.
Sounds good to me, Salen. I think it'd be easier for a group of people to find a GM than just one person, so the more the merrier. Dan, Shadowrun is currently the game I'm looking to play the most, so hopefully if anyone gets to running a game I'll let you know, too.

I have ran a number of Shadowrun campaigns in the past. One campaign in particular was quite fantastic. In my opinion, they are usually very easy to run. When in doubt or having a moment of creative roadblock, snatch-and-grab runs are always available to mix into the game. That said, I have not getting that into 4E (such a huge leap from the priors) and I have clearly been out of the loop because I did not know they came out with 5E. Right now, given I have never even used a virtual tabletop interface for a game before, I am a bit hesitant to try to run a game as my first campaign using Roll20. Otherwise, with the interest here, I would definitely be looking into running such a game for you all. Edit Just saw: https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/699738/shadowrun... Thought you all might be interested.

Would you consider helping others become a better DM on the side?
Well, if you do decide to try and run a game, Daniel, please don't hesitate to contact me if you need a player.
Famine, I would be happy to help someone else run the game (or any other game for that matter). Many of the same skill sets have crossover application across game systems. Will, I will keep you in mind if I make that leap.
I'd be interested in playing either DnD 4e or Shadowrun 4e. I'm more experienced with DnD, but I've been looking to play Shadowrun for some time. I'm US East Coast, so my timezone is EST/EDT/GMT-5
