Friends unable to join my game - Page not found or Not Authorized

Title says it all.  When I send an invite via email, they receive the not authorized page.  When I copy and paste the link and send it to them, they receive page not found error.  I've deleted the game and created it again, but they're receiving the same error.  Crownfall mod installed.

If you are sending them a link to the detail page, they will receive the not authorized page. You either need to send them the actual invite link (click on the blue button on the detail page called "Invite players" and look at the bottom of the pop up to copy the link) or send them the LFG forum link so they can post to it and you click the blue button in each post. I don't know about the page not found error.
I had this happen before and I believe that the link can expire. I haven't followed up on it fully but you could try to copying / sending them the invite link again and see if this helps.

You can also enter the game and copy the link in the startup chat message. It's blank to the eye, but it's there and indicated.
Thanks for all the help!  I tried all the suggestions, and unfortunately nothing is working.  Any other suggestions?

It is a silly question but are they a member of Roll20? If they have not joined and logged in on Roll20, nothing will work. You could send me a pm with the link so we can see if it is the link itself.
I can do that.  They are both members.  We played together a few months ago but scheduling issues came up but have now been resolved, so we're trying to get back at it.

Hi Dan, I was able to successfully join your game with the link provided. I joined, left and re-joined, just to verify that the invite remains good. I also tried to join while not signed in on a Private Browsing page and received the Please sign in or sign up page, all of which is normal behavior. At no point did I receive a Not Authorized or Not Found page. These last two are not normal behavior. I could hazard all sorts of guesses, ranging from the users having ben inadvertently blocked, or one or more of them connecting through a VPN, but I think I will put on my Mod hat off screen and ask a dev to look at this.
Hi Dan! Sorry for the delayed response. From everything you have mentioned it seems likely that the connection issues are originating from the players. If you could have them join in on this thread and work through the steps below it will help diagnosing the issue: Description of setup Browser + Version Browser Addons/Extensions Operating System Bug Triage Results Please carefully work through to the first three steps of our guide to  Solving Technical Issues : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions  and  anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeed in resolving the problem, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!)
