sendPing API should be able to be ping individual players

The sendPing API should be be to take a particular playerID, and Ping/Move the camera of only the player. The user Noon has implemented similar functionality by intercepting the Javascript on the page; however, this requires all players to be using the workaround, and should be built in to the API. being able to direct individual players would be incredibly useful while GMing.
