My Premium Tokens Not Appearing in Premium Token Search While In Loaded Game

Hi, I'm a newbie creator. The tokens from my first created set (<a href="https://marketplace.roll20.net/browse/set/2849/fantasy-adventurers" rel="nofollow">https://marketplace.roll20.net/browse/set/2849/fantasy-adventurers</a>) aren't seeming to appear in the premium token search while in-game (they do of course show up on my "owned" purchases. Just wondering how others will be able to see them while doing premium token searches in-game. Thanks!
I believe this is a known issue among marketplace creators. Apparently only selected sets are visible within the game; new sets are unavailable, meaning new artists are less likely to be seen. I've been told they were working on this issue. My suggestion is to email the mod team at <a href="mailto:team@roll20.net" rel="nofollow">team@roll20.net</a>

Thank you Phnord... I figured it might be a selection process (which makes business sense from their standpoint). This just means I need to market harder. :)
As it stands there is no secondary selection process in order for sets to show up in the VTT. Once they are available on the marketplace they should also show up in the VTT (There is occasionally a slight delay between the two on the order of a few hours). I have not been able to find your set on my end either. I have let the appropriate parties know about the issue so they can have a look at what is going on :) Sorry for the trouble!

Hi Jeffrey. A developer tested and found your content via a search using more defined tag combinations. We are currently underway in planning a search overhaul, as this is generally a known issue and a major pain point for both us and creators as the system in place has grown beyond its original scope with the vast amount of content now on the marketplace (with thousands of packs utilizing hundreds of thousands of tags). We usually chat about this in our bi-weekly marketplace creator standups, which you're more than welcome to join in on. I don't have an ETA on this overhaul, but it is VERY high on the immediate needs list and planning has already begun. I also went in on a dummy test account and purchased your pack (the purchase / refund you'll see on reporting from today at 2:25pm CST is me) as a regular user, just to make sure there weren't additional issues we're not seeing and it also showed up. Screenshots on both of this attached. In checking into your account we did find a bug on our end that was preventing your account from being properly tagged as a creator, which as a result also resulted in your publisher page having a not found error. A fix is being put in for that and that should all restore properly soon. I don't believe this will have an effect on the in-app reality, but it allows you to cement yourself more fully and have an advertising point of reference using the creator page and your tagged status. Please let me know if you have other questions, and feel free to reach out to me via <a href="mailto:team@roll20.net" rel="nofollow">team@roll20.net</a> any time :)

Thanks Drespar for clearing up that selection process isn't the issue and... thanks Dean for going in and trouble shooting... greatly appreciate it!
I did an in-game search for "Thief Human" and was unable to locate the image shown above. Doing a search for "Thief coat human male gray staff" returned your work, as expected. I personally would never be that specific in my search, and would at best include 'male' in the selection, which likewise does not show your image. Just a third party's point of view for you.

It is probably related to a change in the way items were searched.&nbsp; The system used to search the file name as well as the tags.&nbsp; Now it will only return the tags.&nbsp; So if you have a file called "thief_human_male" that is tagged with "coat" &amp; "gray" &amp; "staff" the thief and human and male search terms don't do anything.&nbsp; The file would also have to be tagged with "thief" &amp; "human" &amp; "male".&nbsp; I have been assured that this will be fixed.

Thanks, all. We're (painfully) aware of the need to not just fix, but update the search system overall to properly accommodate marketplace funneling between artists and GMs. It's one of my highest departmental priorities, and a very high prio overall. Appreciate your thoughts on it, and I hope to discuss it in the near future when moving parts start firming up on it.

Phnord and Keith, the "thief" in that list screen cap isn't my creation, only the "elf, fairie" is. :P Dean, your concern and excellent handling inspire confidence that issues like these are taken seriously. Even though it's not something that can be magically cured overnight, knowing that it's on the table, even if possibly long term, is very comforting... your communication is awesome, thanks!

Awwww, thanks to you as well &lt;3 I don't believe addressing the immediate pinch of this issue will be a long-term wait. I'm looking at short to mid term at this point (and hoping I'm not putting my foot in my mouth with that - soon(tm) and all). The health of the artist community is tantamount, personally and professionally, and I appreciate your patience and understanding!
