When do you think we will be able to add our custom npcs and maps to the Vault. It would be extraordinarily beneficial for those of us who use alot of home-brew.

Well NPCs already can be added to the vault as they are character sheets. As a pro user, you have access to the transmogrifier which can transfer just about anything between games.
