Roll table tokens of various sizes.

Is there a way to generate a multi sided token with sides of various sizes? Playing 5e, I frequently use the enlarge/reduce spell and was wondering if I could make a 1x1 token flip into a 2x2 token. Is there a way for players do do this or must a GM resize the token every time?

If your GM is a pro user, they could give you a macro that changes the size as needed, using a script. Otherwise, I don't think there's a way.

The only way you could do this without the API is to prepare a 2x2 rollable token with a 1x1 and 2x2 image on separate faces. It would always be a 2x2 technically, but would look like a 1x1. With the API, this could be automated with the token-mod script.
