Community Forums: Lost Mines, DM Act I outline notes not Loading

Hi, thankfully I have the basics pretty well down on what is supposed to happen for the rest of this part, but ever since last week I have been unable to get my act 1 outline notes to load. these are the notes that came with the purchase of the roll20 game. Everything else loads, but not Act 1. How do I fix this? Thanks!

I accidentally deleted the Redbrands Hideout Map Layer. Is there any way to reload it from the module I bought?

Hi Cat, Sorry for the delayed response! Could you provide some further explanation of what it is you are seeing on your end? Does the handout simply fail to load or is the text replaced with "Loading..." etc. Additionally, could you provide the name of the game?  Thank you! Hi Delbert, Unfortunately, there is no way currently to restore the map layer without use of a Rollback or the Transmogrifier features. Thank you-- I have gone in and checked and I believe I have resolved the issue. Could you confirm for me? It seems as though you may have run into a known issue wherein opening a handout before it has a chance to load result in the entirety of the text being replaced with "Loading..."
