Access to rollable tokens

Hi, I'm setting up a game where we would like to use tokens created form rollable tables to track various things in the campaign. For this to work, all players would need access those tokens, so they can set which face is showing. The problem is, whenever I put a rollable token on the map, the players don't have access to it. A player can put a token on the map, but only she and the GM have access to it. How can I make my tokens created from rollable tables be accessible to all players? Thanks, Brown

Select the token and click on the left button below the token. A menu should pop up there. Here is where you assign who has control of the token via  a drop down menu. It shouldn't matter which face the token has as long as that player is assigned to the token. Click save and you are done.

Tokens created from a rollable table do not have that option when you right click them.

Right click on the token, click Is Drawing, and it will become a normal token.

Additionally regardless of the state of the token, you can always double click on the token to bring up the options dialog.
