When trying to import a new character, the drop down menu that lists all available games is not working. Nothing is actually populated in the list.

Are you logged in under the same account that has access to all the games? Also, the Character Vault doesn't import new characters, it imports existing characters from existing games into a holding area. What are you specifically trying to do?

Actually, I talked with some people. I was under the impression you could just add character sheets pre-game. But the guys I know that use the site informed me a game has to be created and I have to be invited before a character sheet can be made. I was just a doofus. Thanks

No worries. FYI, if the game you are joining has Character Vault Access, you can create your own game (using the same sheet as the game you wish to join), create a character there, and vault it into the game once you are invited. However, since the main issue is resolved, I'll close this bug thread. Feel free to open another if you have any further issues.
