All character sheets in a folder have disappeared

Hello! I'm currently part of a game ("Gavaria" on my account), and one of our folders (the "Characters" folder) is suddenly missing all of our sheets, although the folder itself is still present. As far as we know, nobody has actually deleted them (although if there is actually a record that they were deleted, then that would be good to know, since we haven't 100% ruled out malicious activity). This is seen by all GMs and players in the game, not just me. Looking in the Chrome console, I'm seeing lots of Firebase errors. Here is a picture of (what I think is) the offending errors, slightly more readable:&nbsp; This error repeats many times, but finitely (probably in the order of 20-30 times)? Basically, I was wondering if a) this is a bug, or b) there's actually log of someone deleting all these sheets. Just let me know if you need any more information. Thank you!

Actually, update: the Firebase errors appear to be inconsistently reproducible and the issue occurs even without those errors appearing, so disregard those logs from earlier. Hello again! @keithcurtis any update on this? We're hoping to have our sheets recovered if possible, or would at least like to know if they're irrecoverably gone so that we know to start working on recreation efforts. Thanks!

Hi Adam, Sorry about the lack of response. It is possible that I posted the report during a crisis of some sort (there have been several lately beyond our control), and it got missed. Again, apologies and I'll do my best to expedite this.
