Can't see my character sheet

I am playing in the Judgement: New Year game. I can see handouts, but I cannot see my character sheet. I think this is a permission issue or an application glitch. GM says it is not a permissions issue on their  I am running Windows 10. Tried this in Chrome and Firefox (Tor, actually, which really doesn't have clutter). Need tech support to resolve this.
Just to double-check: As the GM, there are two separate fields for player permissions. The first one, "In Player's Journals", is needed to see the sheet in the journals. I suspect this is not selected in your case. The second one, "Can be Edited & Controlled By" allows the player to move the token if any. This is a very common mistake, as one might assume that "Can Be Edited" means the player can edit the journal. But, unless it's also IN said journal, there's nothing to edit! Make sure your GM has given permission for both. Hope that helped -Phnord
I'll refer this back to GM. If I could talk to an admin who could check this, that would help.

Phnord's suggestion is the first we would give.   Once the GM confirms your character journal is both visible to you AND editable by you and you're still having issues, we'll move on from that point.
Okay. I don't need to edit, I just need to see it. GM said that I had permissions to see it. (She's offline right now, she has a life. ;) )
