Compendium won't load - "an error has occurred"

Since last night I've had an issue while trying to access resources from the compendium - first, none are available to manually search through, just a blank white area with a search bar. Then, when I try to search it just tells me "an error has occurred." Has anyone else had this problem? If so, does anyone have any troubleshooting tips or tricks for me? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Austin K. I haven't come across this problem before, but let's eliminate the most common suspects, and if that doesn't work, gather some data to help the dev team figure out the issue. Could you please carefully work through these steps of our guide to  Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions  and  anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
Hi Keith, Thank you for the quick response! After some troubleshooting, I believe I've found the cause to the problem - The browser was fine and I cleared my cache but the problem persisted. It seems the most recent update causes interference with outdated versions of d20plus - after disabling this extension, the compendium came back good as new! Oddly, my friends running the same extension have no issues, but I'm glad to have it fixed. Thank you again for the quick response, the new updates look great and I'm happy to have resolved this issue :)
