Option to turn off the unadvanced keyboard shortcuts to.

I can not tell you how many times I've gone to type something in the chat box, only to have everything just go haywire. It happens about 6 to 8 times a session or more. The turn order skips, the chat vanishes and so on. And I have the advanced shortcuts already turned off. So can there be an option to turn off the ones that aren't advanced as well? Thank you.
