It someone makes a GW4E sheet, then yes. How much does GW4E differ in sheet layout and rules from other versions? Would the 1E, 2E or 7E sheet be best starting point for a 4E sheet. And do you have an image/pdf of the 4E sheet? Some quick googling resulted in this supposed Gammaworld 4E Character sheet . (I'm not volunteering, just asking the questions that a sheet author who would make it would ask, so they would already been answered if someone shows up to take this on.) MattBx8 is author of the 1E sheet and fairly active, he might have some interest in this. Pantsworth is author of the 2E sheet. No idea Stephen L. is author of the 7E sheet and seems active.
