1 token not "remembering" cleared rooms in AFoW

For some reason 1 on my tokens is not showing entered rooms on the map anymore after going to another room.  Example: However when I ctrl+L on another character, they can see the previous rooms Both of the tokens are set up exactly the same as you can see here Edit: Additional info Both are set to represent a character My page settings 

First (and last) thing that comes to mind: Has the none-seeing token been dropped in the dark room? Advanced FoW is playerbased and (as you selected) only updated on drop. So if the token did not stop in the room, it won't remember being there.

Yes, they worked through parts of the map being dropped for extended amounts of time, I also dropped them in different rooms and did CTRL+L to see if it helped, but it did not. The token is emitting light properly. The problem is when it leaves the room, instead of the room becoming dark, it disappears for that token completely

Here you can see she is able to "see" in the right room, but when she moves to the left room it's like she never entered the first room. This is the only token with this problem out of 5

Try setting up a brand new token based on that character sheet. Pull in a fresh graphic, link it up and then edit the character to make it the default token (remove the old one, link to the new one as the last step), then try testing with that one. My suspicion is something like a space instead of a blank in the dim light starts field, or just a token that was set up properly, but not linked properly.

Thanks Keith. Your solution worked, albeit in an unintended way. For some reason when I associate it with the character or make it controllable by that player it stops working. When the token is not assigned to her/her character sheet it works. But now I have a new problem. Here are some example  screenshots

I may have "fixed" the problem. For some reason, one of my player's accounts is causing a bug with the AFoW feature. When I allow 2 people to control the token, (at least on my screen with CRTL+L) it correctly registers that it has been in the previous room before. I am waiting on confirmation that my problem player can see correctly as well. If they still can't I guess the workaround is "make a new roll20 account" edit: Problem player has confirmed it still DOES NOT work on their original account. When they made a new account and logged in, it worked. So I guess there is some bug with her specific account. What a wild ride this has been
