Self Deleting Games

Ok... so this is something that has happened on multiple occasions. We (My groups and I) have done our best to just deal with the occasional glitch or problem. But this is the third... THIRD time. That Roll 20 has Deleted AN ENTIRE GAME PAGE, all the pics, all the sheets, even the main log in home screen of the game. This happens when we (The players and GM) Are not online, and we stumble upon it much later. The first time was a surprise, and we moved on, the second time happened to my game in particular, and shut it down nearly for good. This time was just now tonight, 11/30/2018. Our PTU game page simply vanished. No log in page, nothing. The entire game, that we had put countless hours into, simply gone. Now... i REALLY REALLY dont want to read "It must have been (Blank username - at this time)" Because it very much was not. I dont want to hear "Roll 20 dosent just delete games" Because as i said, this is the third time. There is no question about it. Finally, if you have an actual solution. For instance, restoring the game. Then fantastic, that would be most helpful. If not, please look into the issue like its an actual issue. Thank you for your time
One of your friends is deleting your games. Throwing a tantrum doesn't make things better.
I just checked, as a GM in another player's game, I am unable to delete said game. Only the creator of a game can delete it, to the best of my knowledge.
Thank you Phnord, thats actually helpful. Im just waiting for a Mod or someone to find this.
It's the weekend, might be a while. The Roll20 team does have a way to rollback games to a previously saved state, in some situations. How long ago was the last time this particular game was visited? And the obvious question: Are you the GM?
We played it just the other day. Im Co-Gm. My friend was the creator. We both got offline today, about 6 hours ago. The game was there, i logged in about 2 hours ago. Its gone.
I mean, yeah, the obvious solution is that your friend deleted it and didn't tell you. If you can get them to post here and confirm that's not the case, it'll help a lot. Not that I don't believe you of course, but still. Once you've eliminated the impossible and all that.
Ill have him post, but we have been gaming together for a long time. I believe him when he says he didnt delete it.
Yes, hi, I was the creator and GM of the PTU game Phnord. What Phenrix has said is true, the game when I got on earlier today (11/30/2018), I noticed was completely missing, and as I have bad internet and Roll20 glitches for me sometimes, I asked a player (not Phenrix) to hop on and check if it was there, in which they said, the game was completely gone.

Please ask the Creator of your game to email the Devs at team@roll20.net with the name of the campaign so they can restore your game, and all of the details the two of you can provide about the self-deletion of your games so they can look into this situation and start investigating the issue. As this will be handled via email, I will close this thread.
