Problem with maps loading with visual glitches.

December 01 (6 years ago)

I am having some problems with my maps.  It started in Dragon Heist on the map of waterdeep parts were greyed out or visually different looking.  I would be a section a clear square or rectangle of a map.  Now on Dungeon of the Mad Mage I have a part with a grey line through the map 10 foot wide in terms of squares, and it's obscurring the sections it runes through.  It's as if the map didn't load properly.  Is there any way to reload the map?  I've exited the game cleared my cache and went back in with no change.  Our waterdeep map lasted the entire campaign with those parts of the map different.  But the map wasn't critical to the campaign so we left it.  I'm worried about mad mage.

Now looking at the map further half of it it is stuck in dynamic lighting layer.  I tried removing dynamic lighting, and it's still stuck in dynamic lighting layer.  Also there's a grey bar running through the middle.  I tried logging out and back in.  I tried changing map pages.  it's really not playable like this and I can't figure out how to reload it.  It's like it needs refreshed.

Screen shots would really help identify common causes but in the meantime:

Could you please carefully work through these steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues?

If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4(Don't forget the complete Console Log!)

Thank you!
