[5e Shaped] Toll the Dead is driving me crazy

Hi all. I'm new to the shaped character sheet and I cannot for the life of me input Toll the Dead in a way that works. If I select 'saving throw' it automatically puts failure at a 0d0 damage without a way for me to edit it. I am unsure as to what to do to fix this, let alone input the contingency damage (1d8 if target it previously undamaged, 1d12 if it is missing HP). Any help or suggestions or existing formats would be welcome, as I have been scouring the internet for days for anything of use and am coming up short
Not sure what if mean by 0d0 without being able to edit it, after entering the spell you can use the plus option to at least output both damages as needed. Setup as below Alternatively, for personally I used the following options for better output. On the gear tab of the sheet, enable freeform for these options (<a href="https://i.imgur.com/ynGJJgY.png" rel="nofollow">https://i.imgur.com/ynGJJgY.png</a>) and put on of these in the freeform field (<a href="https://pastebin.com/BGACW54x" rel="nofollow">https://pastebin.com/BGACW54x</a>) If you want two buttons to click to dead d8 or d12 damage use the two button option from the past bin so it looks like (<a href="https://i.imgur.com/uyn6Foy.png" rel="nofollow">https://i.imgur.com/uyn6Foy.png</a>) which will output like so (<a href="https://i.imgur.com/0jt2sQM.png" rel="nofollow">https://i.imgur.com/0jt2sQM.png</a>) The other option should only be used based on your DM as the Target bar1 option will automatically roll the proper dice based on the value of the Bar1 of a token (the default HP bar which may not be the case in your game)
