Dealing with a minor

So I have a rather awkward question, it may not even be in the right forum but I want to know if I need/should do something. So I kicked an individual from my game because they are under age, and by under age I mean they are not even suppose to be on this website. Now obviously they won't bother me again, but I want to know if I should report him to someone or tell other GM's about him so that they don't get into the same awkwardness that I do. I just want to know if I need to do something about this outside of my own game cause I know this person is violating the rules of the website in general.
Is there an minimum age in the user agreement? My son and his cousin both use roll20 and they are 15 & 16 respectively.

We have a player in one of my espionage games that is 15. Up front he said, This is the deal, and there's no problem. I started Refereeing Traveller at age 11, you gotta start somewhere.
There isn't going to be an area "to report someone". The topic has come up every now and then in reference to abusers/hecklers. If I remember correctly (and I could most certainly be mistaken) the overall feeling would be that any system of that sort would be too easy to abuse with false reports and unverifiable. That being said; if someone joins one of my games (that passes the initial scrutiny all GMs pass) then I would ask them individually to please quit the campaign. I wouldn't discuss in public or outright kick unless I had no other options, out of basic courtesy. As an aside, I've found no age clause in the terms of service. And considering I've played D&D with my 8 year old nephews, I don't think there would be one. Longwinded rambling aside; my suggestion to you is to not focus on a person's age, but rather their suitability to your game and group of players.

Ok, well then thanks, either way he wasn't going to leave the game (sign of his age maybe) and the rest of my group were going to walk out (even said as such) Thanks for the clarification.
Ah, then indeed removing from your game was for the best. It's unfortunate, but sometimes neccesary.
