Character sheet problems?

So my groups been using roll 20 for abit now an werem oving back from homebrew to pre made content. But when I uploaded an addon adventure AKA the hidden Shrine it has glitched my game out an my player sheets are all Damageed an bad looking. I tried making a new game or new sheets in my previous game and it wont fix. anytime I add on the addon content it damages the sheets.

Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
