Instead of searching high and low, then waiting for a response from the DM, why cant there be a place on the forum were players seeking games can post a generic information listing that the DMs can then look at and request the player for their game. This would sure make the searching for games part easier for the players and DMs. Maybe in the account settings there can be a check box that you can select whether you are actively looking for a game or not.
