Character sheet doesn't load

Hi, I'm encountering a technical issue in which the character sheet for the campaign I've joined (game Das Schwarze Auge/The Black Eye, campaign Mord in der goldenen Wachtel) doesn't load. I simply get an empty page where the sheet should appear, see screenshot 1. I went through troubleshooting steps one to tree already to no avail. The issue is present with all of my devices on all browsers. Firefox 64 on PC, Firefox 63 on phone and Chrome 71.0.3578.98 on both PC and phone. The GM has unlocked a second character sheet for testing purposes, which also does not open up for me. The other players seem to have no issues. Hi Martin L., It looks like you are viewing the character externally, looking at the journal from outside the game . The only things you will see here are Character Bio and GM notes (if you were the GM). To view the actual character sheet , you need to be logged into the game itself (i.e. the Virtual Table Top). You can open your character by going to the journal tab and clicking on the character's name. If I am misunderstanding the problem, let me know and give me more description of what exactly you are trying to do and how you are trying to do it, and we can go from there.
