No Mountain Dwarf in Charactermancer after PHB purchase

Ok so I bought the D&D 5th Edition Players Handbook on Roll20. I expected that this would update the options in Charactermancer so that I could create a Mountain Dwarf character. But this doesn't seem to be the case? Very disappointing because that's the whole reason I bought the dang thing! Am I missing a trick? What's the deal?

I noticed something about this... it's working correctly on the account that purchased the players handbook – but none of the other players in the game I am hosting have access. Does this mean that every player needs to buy one? Or will the players automatically have access if I upgrade my account (it's currently the free one).
