Campaign Won't Load; Can't Connect to Firebase

I was using Roll20 through GoogleHangouts yesterday and I was having difficulties (not able to move tokens, freezing up, ect.) but today I can't seem to load in at all. I'm using the latest version of Google Chrome on Windows 8.1 and have already cleared cache and disabled all my browser addons. I'm stuck on this screen and get this message in the console log: I checked my network panel and it was blank: Although, while I was taking those screenshots something eventually popped up (I had the loading screen up for maybe 15-20 minutes while I was Googling solutions): I don't know if this means anything, but clicking on that file gave me this info: The longer I left the page up, the more of these I got, but alas, the page still was on a loading screen: I've restarted, refreshed, but this same process just happened over again. Is the problem that I have Taco Bell on my toolbar? Does Roll20 hate me because I'm fat? D:
Update: I tried restarted yet again and was able to load in, but the original problem of not being able to move my token, ect was still present. Like yesterday, a popup saying that WebGL has failed come up on chrome. Clicking reload only revealed this: Pressing reload put me back on the page with the WebGL error popup and the loop continued until I'm not back to the page stuck on a loading screen. More development on this story at 7.
Let's get the easy stuff out of the way first. If you haven't yet, please perform all of the steps listed on this page: https://wiki.roll20.net/Solving_Technical_Issues
Yup, I've already read that page and followed all the steps! :D I think, for the most part, I fixed the problem of not being able to load into a game. I'm pretty sure it was malware within my browser. Every now and again I get the 'reload WebGL' and "Page hit a snag' screens, but refreshing does eventually put me into the game. The problem now is still the original one: Once I'm in-game, I'm unable to move my character and the bottom scroll bar. Everything else (I think?) is working fine though! :D
Darien, are you having trouble with the scroll bar/token with all campaigns or just the one? Does the problem only happen when you load through Google hangouts or even when you launch the campaign from Roll20?
I tried making a test campaign and I'm not able to move tokens or the bottom scroll bar in that one either. And I've had this problem in both Google Hangouts and when I launch in Roll20. I can maybe try using Firefox or re-installing Chrome? I tried Firefox before, but I think that was when I still had malware because the Roll20 website wouldn't even load on it D:
You could try firefox. It might tell us if it's an issue with Chrome or something else.
Woo! Good news: Everything works perfectly with Firefox! I may try re-installing Chrome just in case the files were corrupted (I can't pinpoint which one, but one of the extensions I installed was the cause of the malware) but I know at least that I can use Firefox to play this weekend :D
Glad to hear it! Please let me know if reinstalling Chrome resolves the issue. If not, we can try a few other things.
