I've tried the recommended steps to fix this, but I can't seem to get it working yet. I've tried several times, several different days, but it doesn't work at all. It gets stuck on loading screen.

Hi Ralsei, Could you provide some extra insight here? Some questions for you below: What system are you using for the app (Model/OS Version)? Does this persist in a new game? Does this persist in the same game but a different character sheet? Thank you!
