I can't seem to get rid of an accidental entry. It still shows up on the list due to something needing to be selected in the Source drop-down list. And perhaps I'm missing something because I'm new to roll20, but I don't see any obvious way of just deleting that entry. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If you scroll to the bottom of the Features & Traits section, do you see the padlock(bottom right).  Can you click that to unlock your repeating entries(rows) and hit the trashcan that should appear along the right margin of the item you would like to remove?  Make sure to "Lock" the section when you are done.
