Copying Game not working.

I have a campaign that I am trying to copy and nothing is getting copied over to the new game. I have tried it several times and nothing from the pages or journal section seems to be getting copied. Can anyone help? The game is fairly large, I don't know if that is still a problem, the most recent post I could find was from 2 years ago with this issue, was hoping it had been resolved by now.

Are you checkmarking everything you want copied? If the game has lots of large maps and character sheets, it could cause problems trying to copy it.
Of course I am applying the proper check boxes.... I have been on the site for years now, I know how it is supposed to work and wouldn't make a bug report unless I was sure there was some sort of bug.

It may be as you suspect, that your game is too large to be copied. Usually this means that the game cannot be copied at all. I haven't run into the problem of successfully copying a game but having no content transfer. Fortunately, if pages and journals are the only things being skipped, as a pro level user, the Transmogrifier can copy them for you after the fact.

Copying them with the transmogrifier one at a time will be incredibly tedious, not to mention the fact that everything will be unorganized and not in its proper folder.... This can't be the answer to my problem after I have spent literally years paying a pro membership.

Hi Dillon, Since this will likely involve divulging personal account information, I would suggest emailing team@roll20.net (also a Pro feature) and describing to them directly the issue. Hopefully they will be able to give you a hand. Since this will be handled by email, I will go ahead and close this thread. I will file a report to the dev team to let them know to be on the lookout for your email. It might take a day or so to get a response given the holidays, but if you do not hear back in a reasonable amount of time, either open a new issue or PM me directly, and I'll do what I can to speed things up.
