Game Rolls Not Showing

Hello! I'm having a problem with my game because our rolls aren't showing and so are the maps. I tried steps 1-3 and nothing worked so here I am. Even when I try to roll manually, nothing shows. My web browser is firefox tho I tried this in chrome and both versions are up to date. I use Mac mojave 10.4 but my players are also all having this problem.I made sure to turn off all my add ons, but given this is happening to everyone, I don't think this is my issue.

Since Steps 1-3 do not work, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!)   The console log is the most important part of Step 4, as it will provide needed information for the devs.  If you could get some/all of your players to run through Step 4 and provide their data in this thread, that would be very very useful.

Alrighty, I have pinged the Devs.&nbsp; Please be aware that because this is a weekend before a major holiday, response times will be slower than normal.

In the meantime... you might be able to solve the rolls showing issue (unless it is all part and parcel of the whole!): A game's creator is often able to fix issues with their Text Chat by&nbsp; clearing the Chat Archive &nbsp;(note: not&nbsp; clearing your current Chat Log ). A GM might want to copy/back up the Chat Archive before the creator clears it.

I had this happen recently too, when trying to roll damage after an Eldritch Blast spell hit. &nbsp;The damage was blank in the macro, which came from the Compendium; filling it in worked fine.

Yeah sure! I made a new one with the same module (Tomb of Annihilation) and the dice roller works there. But I'd really hate to have to transfer over everything to a new game. This is what I see: Whenever I try to roll by clicking a sheet nothing shows up. I tried clearing the chat log but to no luck. My players can't roll either.
