Issue with the roll on D&D 5E

Hey , we're having a issue with the roll on our game. We're rolling everytime 2D20  while in the settings of the game we've put ''Never Roll Advantage''.  What's even more weir is that even when we try to change the roll queries to Query Advantage or to Query whisper for the Rolls to GM, nothing appear when we roll.   Where could come from the problem?     

That sets the defaults for new characters. You need to change the settings on each sheet. I believe it is on the tab of the character sheet that is accessed by clicking the cog. I recommend setting both the advantage and whisper settings to "Toggle". That allows the player to use advantage/disadvantage or whisper to the GM when it is useful. EDIT: I think there is also a button on the screen in your picture that allows you to apply the defaults to all characters.

Once you have changed the setting on the game settings page for new characters, there is an in-game button you can use to apply it to existing characters. It is at the bottom of the settings tab, under "Experimental Features".
