Second token Layer

I would love it if the game had a second token layer for added depth on the battle map. Something that you could use for tokens that were flying or that were on battlements above the ground level, shooting down at the other tokens. Maybe even a feature that allows tokens on this layer ignore the Dynamic lighting restrictions, like walls and and such, since they can see over that stuff.

A foreground map layer is the top suggestion on the forum. Feel free to add your vote here: https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/1241955/foreground-map-layer And just to add a bit of good news, it's been announced that a "weather layer" is in the works. So we might have this soon!
Thanks for the heads up
This would be great for players that are invisible. Give them the ability to goto this layer as well and they could move their token around, while other players couldn't see it.

Player tokens dropped in the GM layer cannot be seen by players, so thats not a good option for players. NPCs sure. But Not Players
