Hello, I have a new player in a game, and was trying to set up a character sheet for him. After clicking on the Journal icon, and adding a new character, I was taken to the start screen as usual. I found his name in the drop-down menu for the "In player journals" window, but I did not see it in the "can be edited and controlled by" window. The player reported seeing only an empty pop-up box. I've never had this issue with anyone else. The strange thing is, I then sent the same player an invite into another one of my games, just to test whether the problem was with his account, or with the game. Once he accepted the invite, I had no problem with setting up a character sheet for him. The problem is, I can't transfer that sheet into the other game (because he's not a paying member).
