I know not all content has been downloadable but I have always been able to download token and map packs from multiple artists. This is a very important feature of the roll 20 website. Recently I purchased a new token pack and observed I could not download the content. After investigation I found that there was a small notice at the very bottom of the webpage stating Can only be used with Roll20; cannot be downloaded.
This was a major change from all other token packs from this artist. In fact I see that many of the latest token packs cannot be downloaded. It seems maybe the default changed on some site submission or something. I am fine if an artist determines their content cannot be downloaded. That is their choice. However that restriction needs to be more prominently displayed before purchase. Especially when all previous content was downloadable. I worry this was not a conscious choice by the artist but more of an overall system change. This needs to be clear and I would like a refund of my latest purchase because I would not have bought the content if I new it could not be downloaded. How can I contact customer service to return the purchase for a refund. Additionally can it be verified that it was actually the artist desire that the content not be downloaded or if it was a system change the artist was un aware of. The content purchased was Adventure Kit The Ice Troll's Lair by David North.
