Token Settings not Saving

Good Morning~ 

We are currently settings up a new campaign to run Curse of Strahd, and whenever I try and add light to the character tokens it does not save and anytime I drag a new token (for example: if we make it to the next map) all of the tokens settings are back to default. 

Look at this page in the wiki, and follow the steps methodically. Your problem is most likely that you are not saving changes to a token before making them the default token. You can also look at this video.
