Is there anything you've tried looking for on the marketplace and not been able to find?

Hey everyone. :D I'd like to be producing more great content for the marketplace here. Right now i'm making  spell packs and monster packs but instead of coming up with my ideas at random I thought i'd see if anyone here has any niches they'd like to see filled. Styles, tokens, maps, whatever. Hit me up with any ideas or suggestions. I posted a similar question on Reddit a few days ago (responses here if you're curious) and really wanted to see what the community here had to suggest too.

One item that should have a lot of growth potential is animated gifs. Spell effects that move, trees that sway, water that sparkles, characters that "breathe", or draw a weapon, or cast a spell. These all have the good possibility of future demand now that they are being supported on the desktop.
I been digging around trying to find something usuable for astral constructs of various sizes. Sadly I find nothing :( im a huge fan of psions/psionics and there is literally nothing. Ive resorted to trying to find pics to make my own but the selection is limited as I like the straight on angle rather then the top angle as my players and myself like to see our token...not the top of their head and shoulders. Anyone out there able to whip up a pack?

Someone posted this recently, thought I'd copy it in here as food for thought ;) Solanio  said: I'd love to see more Steampunk and Victorian content: maps, tokens, components, sounds. I've purchased quite a bit of what's out there, but am always looking for more. I know it's not as lucrative genre as fantasy, but if you content creators just want to create some just for the pure joy of it, know that there's at least one consumer eager to take a look at your work. I think the most re-usable would be tiles like you find in FFG's  Mansions of Madness  : richly detailed room and area components that can be linked together to form quick yet engaging encounter settings. I were playing live tabletop, those would be very useful. I'd love to find similar for use in the virtual space. Also, sometimes it's hard to find the tree for the forest. I  think  I've found all the Steampunk/Victorian and purchased those that have immediate use. But if you'd like to point me out to yours, I will take a look to see if it's something I hadn't seen and it's something that I can use. TIA

A good 15’ circular swirling mist of spirits for Spirit Guardians would be great. =D
Thanks to @Ziechael for the cross-post (and yes, more stuff that bridges the bookends of fantasy and sci-fi would be great.) I would love for there to be a comprehensive system-neutral package that represents an entire setting.  It should include as much as possible to breath life into that setting and enable its uses for multiple encounters. It should include a ready-to-go adventure that includes NPCs, but the assets for that component should be a subset of the overall package, not a package that restricts itself to the needs of that adventure. There are packages like this, but they tend to be fairly shallow if adventure focused, or they're comprehensive, trying to appeal to broader rather than specific uses. Examples might be everything for a unique planet for a sci-fi setting, or a gothic mansion horrour setting, or post-apocalyptic/zombie apocalypse gas-station and store, a tropical island with overgrown ruins. The different aspects could be grouped into subsets as follows: 1. tokens and portraits for the monsters, aliens, citizens, furniture, fixtures - all of which belong to the setting 2. terrain like rocks, plants, again all created to work in the setting, 3. sample adventure that includes building(s) (and buildings would be modular so that individual rooms are their own graphic, could be reused outside of the current context and mixed and matched with those from similar sets). The adventure might have specific tokens and terrain elements that enhance the offerings in the previous two in that they belong to the same setting but which are unique to the adventure component -- that way the adventure can be sold as a stand-alone) All three would be grouped together in a premium offering that I assume would be not cheap. But if done well, it would be worth the cost of entry. But... being grouped as above, people could still go ala carte and buy just the tokens, or just the terrain pack, or just the adventure kit. The adventure kit I assume would be the most expensive of the three. Its ala-carte cost might be close to the cost of just buying the premium package, encouraging folks to save money and just get the package right-off.

Styles, tokens, maps, whatever. Hit me up with any ideas or suggestions. Hello Czepeku, I would suggest maybe more Modern sets. There are a few sets on the Marketplace, I already own all of them that I can use. I've run into a wall though asking for things to be designed (talk about a niche market?). In April of 2017 or so this set, Doubledown Hotel and Casino , came out. I wrote and asked the creator if he could retouch the set to not be in a state of Apocalyptic decay but in a functioning state. In August he agreed and then shortly stopped responding. Not picking on the creator as much as pointing out he had most of the work done already and could have modified it a bit to create a usable set. I took part of his set and was able to stitch a working map together.  So the challenge here could be to create a set that has both the modern, functional buildings, and then the same buildings in a state of decay after whatever cataclysm that will be played has occurred. Several marketplace creators already do this to great effect: be it night and day copies or damaged and undamaged.  Many sets, or at least portions, can be used across multiple genres. Fantasy and SciFi are represented far more than Modern. Another creator produced a set which lets you build interiors of rooms. It works well, but it is very time consuming to produce maps. In summary I have hundreds of cars and motorcycles, bandits and bikers, but very few drop in buildings and their interiors that can be grabbed and used quickly.
I'd like to see multi-sided tokens for creatures that can shapechange.  Think vampires, lycanthropes, rakshasa, and so on.  Good and evil versions of the same character might be useful too -- I recently spent a huge amount of time tweaking a character portrait for when the character was possessed by an evil cleric.

Just want to say thanks to everyone who has posted so far. Lots of great ideas. Some I'll be working on for sure! I'm sure other Roll20 creators are taking notes too.  Kefrem said: I been digging around trying to find something usuable for astral constructs of various sizes. Anyone out there able to whip up a pack? Curious to see some examples of psions/psionics you've found? Or the sort of thing you're looking for? Sounds just like something I might be able to help with. Feel free to reply here or send a direct message.
