New and Hating Roll20 Character Creation

I've now spent $10 on a pro membership and $30 on the PHB. I still can't get the charactermancor open to allow drag/drop spell additions. The Roll20 app doesn't work either. Maybe I just lost $40 for no good reason, but if anybody knows how to get me back to the character creation section so I can drag/drop spells rather than copy/paste them, I would really appreciate it.

The charactermancer itself doesn't do the drag and drop. It gives you a list and you can pick spells once you get to that section but sometimes that's not perfect because you might have extra spells or something. If you go all the way through the charactermancer and just get to the bare character sheet you should be able to drag and drop spells from the compendium.  Found a gif online (you don't need to open up the spell like it shows, just drag it):
