Pilot skill cascades into "Ship's Boat" at one level lower than pilot. Thea has Pilot 2 which means she also has Ship's Boat-1. However, it does not work in reverse. If Thea were to learn Ship's Boat-2 she would still have Pilot-2. I have been rather pressed for time this week and may not have a chance to post game notes. But, the game will continue on Tuesday.
