Unable to interact in a game and almost constant server disconnects

Hi! I have recently been added as a player for a new D&D campaign (my second campaign using the software overall).  However, I am unable to view any changes that the GM or other players make on screen.  My GM created blank character sheets for me, but it gives me an error message, saying, "Unable to find character to edit".  In addition, I have incredibly frequent (as in multiple over the course of 5 minutes) server connection issues.  I receive a red error message at the top of the screen, which says, "Your connection to the server has been interrupted!  Anything you do right now we'll attempt to send you when you go back online, but to be on the safe side you may want to stop doing anything important.  You may want to check our status site for more info." I do not have issues operating the Roll20 software in my other game, where I was originally only a player but later received GM privileges.  I run the game on chrome and only have chrome and edge installed as available browsers on my computer. I'm not super tech savvy, so I'm not really sure how to proceed as far as taking steps to remedy the problem. Thanks in advance for any help/advice!
Hi Matt, Please carefully work through to the first three steps of our guide to  Solving Technical Issues: Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser             - Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20             - Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above steps resolve the issue, please work through step 4 and provide us with that information.
Thanks for the reply, ArtRaven! I have gone through the first three steps and have found that none have helped to resolve the server disconnection errors.  I did this while operating Roll20 on Chrome.  While I acknowledge that I haven't tried these options using firefox, I already have two browsers installed on my laptop and would like to avoid installing another unless as a last resort to attempt to solve this issue. I will be making a pass at step 4 in the process that you mentioned soon and intend to get you that information tonight or tomorrow if I can. Thanks again for the help! Matt
Hi Matt, No problem! We're more than happy to help.
Hi ArtRaven! I went to complete step 4 in the troubleshooting process yesterday, and I oddly had no problem with getting everything to open up and work the way it should.  We haven't had a session yet since I have been able to access and change things in the game, so I won't be able to test those capabilities fully for another week.  However, I will keep an eye on things for now and will make a post with the system details and the console logs and stuff if I find problems later. Thanks again, Matt
Hi Matt, Thank you for the update. I'm happy to hear that everything appears to be working alright for you currently! I'm going to go ahead and close this thread. If you do experience issues later on, please do not hesitate to create a new bug report.
