Video Problem In Specific Games

Hello, I've been using Roll20 nearly for 3 years. In one of my games that I created video does not work. I tried every step in the solutions link that you guys provided.  Since it has a lot of prepared content in it, I don't want to start a new game server. I would much appreciate your help.
